DEPEMAT is a conventional depalletizer which feeds plastic bottles into the filler. This eliminates problems caused by bottles falling during the transfer process from the depalletizer to the line. It is the most reliable system for high speed bottling lines because it significantly reduces stoppages in the filling line.

CYCLE OF AUTOMATIC FUNCTION THE PALLET IS READY TO BE DEPALLETIZED The full pallet is placed over a conveyor with motorized rollers or chains. In the next step, it is manually stripped of the tape and plastic film.
