ASEPTIC is an unscrambler for very small bottles for the Pharmaceutical Indusrty (nasals sprayers, droppers,etc...). Aware of the needs of the market, and with the objective of responding to all type of demands, this machine has been designed according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards used in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic sector. Made from stainless steel and POM in the product zone, and designed with the Aseptic laminar flow in mind, it prevents dust accumulation in corners and other places. The equipment and parts in contact with the containers can be easily extracted, inspected, and sterilized in autoclaves. The ASEPTIC does not require compressed air to work. A simple rotating movement inside the unscrambler and the action of two worm screws are sufficient to position the containers, ensuring that the containers are handled with the greatest care.

UNSCRAMBLER FOR PLASTIC BOTTLES Description of the equipment The unscrambler has a central hub (1) that while rotating, gently pushes the containers toward a specific zone (2), in which they are pre-positioned and inserted into guides (3).
