Introduction
The Microfiltrex range of sanitary grade housing vessels is designed for critical applications in industries such as pharmaceuticals, microelectronics, and food and beverage. These housings are easy to install, feature user-friendly closures, and have crevice-free assemblies. They are resistant to bacterial accumulation and can be steam sterilized or chemically sanitized, ensuring microbial security.

Materials of Manufacture
The housings are made from AISI 316 stainless steel, with optimized internal volume for maximum flow and minimal product loss. Surfaces are mechanically polished, with optional electropolishing for critical applications.

The Sanitary Housing Range
The standard range accommodates up to twelve 40” Code 7 filter cartridges and supports various flow rates and filtration capacities. Spare parts, including pressure gauges and tri-clamp connections, are available.

Sanitary SF Range
This range includes high-quality components such as tri-clamp vent and sanitary connections, and a sanitary vent and drain.

Sanitary SE Range
Developed for applications requiring high polish and electropolish quality, the SE range is a cost-effective alternative to the SF range.

Sanitary Gas Housings
These housings are designed for excellent gas flow rates and low differential pressures, maintaining the same construction quality as the SF and SE ranges.

Sterile Vent Housings
Designed to protect hydrophobic filter cartridges from liquids, these housings use the same high-quality materials as other Microfiltrex sanitary housings.
