Main Attributes: • • • • • mobile control block two control stages pressure range up to 400 bar N2 primary pressure 200 or 300 bar pressure regulator at outlet Function: PPM – Gas Boosters work according to pressure transmission principle. Available pressure compressed air is used to compress nitrogen. Thus full energetic exploitation of N2-primary pressure is guaranteed. The mobile unit compresses nitrogen from bottles up to max. 400 bar independent of bottle pressure. Thus a capacity of 120 IN/ min. can be guaranteed. In case the primary pressure decreases below 20 bar, the bottle has to be exchanged. Exchange of bottles will not influence production, since 5 l storage volume maintains necessary supply. Gas Boosters can be loaded with a primary pressure of max. 300 bar without any problems. A primary pressure of at least 20 – 25 bar is necessary for a nitrogen supply via liquid gas tank or generator.
