PAD24 DIO-AIO Conversion Set Introduction PAD24 DIO-AIO Conversion Set could be used for DIO (Digital input/output) conversion and galvanic isolation between Real-time simulation system and protection equipment, and another equipment which need AIO (analog binary input/output, dry contacts). Via PAD24, not only the tripping contacts (dry contacts, or wet contacts) of protection and automation equipment could be converted into 0-5V signal(photoelectric isolated), but also the AO or DO could be converted into 12 channels dry contacts. Digital binary output group 1-4 Digital binary output group 5-8 Analog binary input group 1-4 Front Panel: Analog to Digital (From Relay to Simulator) Rear Panel: Digital to Analog (From Simulator to Relay) Electrical Specification Front Panel Binary (1 )Binary input (Analog) • Number 12 groups (Three parts, Four groups per part) • Trip/close signal in each group, and the trip signal superior to close signal • The three parts are isolated with isolative voltage higherthan 500VDC. • The three parts of binary inputs can be connected with the different voltage binaries from relay. • Dry contact (0-1kohm), potential threshold: 15V-250V • Inversed block current 80mA • LED indicator: Binary input - On (2)Binary output (Digital) • Number 12 groups to connect with the binary input. • The binary output is compatible with the TTL, COMS and opto-coupler at impedance 51 ohm.
