The pump is constructed with a body, lid, and lever made of cast iron (EN-GJL-200 or 250). The internal mechanism is made of brass (Cu Zn39 Pb1 Al B), while the couplings are also cast iron (EN-GJL-200). The pump axle and screws are made of steel (11SMNPB37). The seat gasket is made of polytetrafluorethylene braid (PTFE), and the coupling gasket is made of expanded PTFE (PEB). The shaft sealing is PTFE braid, and the filter is a 300-micron, 304 stainless steel rose (Z6 CN 18.19). The pump includes a 2-meter cable with a clamp for earthing.
This manual pump is designed for transferring hydrocarbons in potentially explosive atmospheres. It complies with the ATEX 94/9/CE standard and is marked CE II 2 GD IIC T4 (Tf<120°C).
- Equipment at the Intake: A 1-meter stainless steel tube with a 3/4" diameter and a 2" outlet.
- Equipment on the Feed Side: Includes a stainless steel elbow, a 1/4-turn stainless steel valve with a pouring lip (version FAT_SO), a manual dispensing pistol in nickel brass (FAT_SO2 version), and connection by half-shell brass couplings. The pipe is made of reticulated polyethylene of very high molecular weight (UPE), with a length of 2 meters and a fluid temperature of less than 100°C.
