AA-2000/AA-5000
This document provides technical specifications and descriptions for various cutting and unrolling devices manufactured by Polytex AG, including the AA-2000, AA-5000, and RM models.
- AA-2000: A hand-operated end cutter with a guide rail, optionally available with a hand-operated stop rail. It is designed for cutting fabric with a maximum height of 16 mm and width of 1600 mm. The knife diameter is 110 mm, and it consumes 170 W of power.
- AA-5000: An automatic end cutter with automatic lifting movements and stationary support. It can be equipped with a hand-operated stop rail for efficient cutting of the same fabric lengths. It shares similar cutting height and width specifications with the AA-2000 but has a larger knife diameter of 130 mm and a power consumption of 200 W.
- RM Roll-off Cradle: A simple unrolling device for fabric rolls, featuring adjustable lateral stops and a free-wheel brake. It can handle fabric widths up to 1600 mm and roll diameters up to 500 mm. The loading height is 750 mm, and the device dimensions are 1820 mm in length, 600 mm in width, and 900 mm in height.
These devices are preferentially installed on approved, solid Polytex cutting tables to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
