PTFE/FEP heat shrink tubing consists of a PTFE heat shrink tubing with a meltable FEP heat heat shrink tubing on the inside. During the application, the FEP heat shrink tubing liquefies, while the outer PTFE heat shrink tubing presses the liquid FEP heat shrink tubing on the object. After cooling, the FEP heat shrink tubing and PTFE heat shrink tubing are attached to each other completely. Key properties • Airtight and moisture-proof bond over cables, wires, splices etc. • Resistant up to 260°C • Excellent electrical properties • Excellent chemical resistance • Durable Type PTFE/FEP heat shrink tubing is available in various thicknesses and standard lengths of 1,22 mtr/piece. Other lengths available on request. The standard colour of PTFE/FEP heat shrink tubing is white, other colours available on request.
