Functionality:

The core separator is designed for continuous olive oil production to separate the core and pulp parts from the pomace that is expelled. The pomace is fed into the drum via a screw through the cover. Inside the drum, the pomace progresses between a shaft with four plates and a sieve. The pulp is separated by passing through the sieve, while the core is expelled from the front.
