Automatic Cutter Autotrim M 137Description of Autotrim M 137 The High-Speed Cutter POLAR Autotrim M 137 is the core component of the LabelSystem SC-20 for the efficient production of square-cut labels. The material is fed manually via the front table or automatically via the rear table. First the material is cut in stripes by the operator. Now they are positioned in the high-speed cutter and before cutting the stripes are arranged on the rear table with their sides precisely aligned (lateral adjusting gauge). Afterwards the several labels are cut. After the labels have been cut, they are arranged on the front table (aligning station) and a deloading device pushes them out into the BM-105 multi-station bander.
