Workflow:

Label material is pre-cut into strips using a POLAR high-speed cutter, either inline or offline.
The POLAR Autocut 25 PLUS cutting machine processes the strips into individual label packages.
Automatic feeding separates and positions the labels before the punching die.
The stack is pressed through the POLAR System Punch DC die to achieve the desired shape.
Label packages are automatically fed into the BD PLUS bundler and bundled individually, with optional banding.
