DESCRIPTION Crushing by impact and attrition in a crushing chamber equipped with a rotor with crushing tools and a stator with liner. Equipped with a static selector and a dynamic classifier for a clean cut. The PA.S. air classifier mill can process a wide range of products down to a fineness of 99% to 10ium. The PA.S. is equipped with an integrated grinding plate and a dynamic classifier, driven independently by motors controlled by frequency inverters. The PA.S. is available in several versions, allowing for great flexibility in installation and use. The diversity of choice of grinding tools (plate, liner) combined with a static classifier and a dynamic classifier with variable speed guarantees a very fine and perfectly calibrated product quality, whatever the application. Control of granulometry in association with a selector or a sifter. Control of grinding temperature under ambient or refrigerated air for heat-sensitive products. Simultaneous grinding/drying with recovery of energy from grinding for the drying operation. Safety in the grinding of flammable products by injection of inert gas.
