[email protected] www.pndsrl.it ITALIAN PRODUCT The semiautomatic peeling machine WAP is suitable for watermelons. The WAP machine is manually fed and works for outer peeling all fruits, in this way all the fruits, within the indicated size range and with a regular peel surface, can be easily peeled with maximum yield. They can thus be easily peeled with maximum efficiency. To increase the production, the system allows the peeling on a head while the other one is loaded. To facilitate positioning, the machine is equipped with a cup preloading system that transfers the fruit to the peeling area. Peeling takes place in two phases: the elimination of the peel with a first roughing and then a finishing. At the end of the cycle, the peeled fruit is unloaded onto a device which facilitates its discharge onto the product belt not damaging its pulp. The machine has a stainless steel structure. All components are easily changeable; all parts in touch with the fruit are made in food-approved material. Conveyor belt for peeled fruit Conveyor belt for waste Production capacity: 4-5 fruits/min.
