It is a semi-automatic machine, which allows cutting into fingers, rings and chunks thanks to the possibility of replacing cutters and plungers. The operator only has to load the peeled and cored pineapple in the cutter. The automatic mechanism is equipped with plungers that push the fruit through the cutters, allowing cutting into fingers, rings and chunks. The product will be collected on the appropriate belt.
