It is a semi-automatic machine which allows cutting into slices, segments and chunks thanks to the possibility of replacing cutters and plungers. The operator only has to load the peeled mango in the cutter. The automatic mechanism is equipped with plungers that push the fruit through the cutters, allowing destoning and cutting in slices, wedges and chunks. The product will be collected on the appropriate belt. Possible cutting shapes: Slices: min. 5 mm thickness Wedges: 4,6,8 Production capacity: 40 fruits/min Built according to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE as amended.
