Functionality
The PREP-WASH prewash tank is designed for washing fresh fruits. It features a water stream that moves fruits onto a modular flighted conveyor belt, allowing treatment of both floating and non-floating fruits. The bubbling motion facilitates movement, and the tank includes a recirculation pump and water filtering system. The conveyor belt speed is adjustable, and the design allows for easy sanitization with openings on both sides and removable side rails.

(PND FRUIT PROCESSING MACHINERY stainless steel PREP-WASH PREWASH TANK The PREP-WASH prewash tank is a specific tool for washing fresh fruits. In the first part of the tank, a stream of water pushes the fruit onto a modular flighted conveyor belt that allows the fruits (including non-non-floating fruits) to be treated in water. The product is moved by the bubbling motion. The prewash tank is equipped with a recirculation pump and a filtering system for water. It is also possible to adjust the conveyor belt speed.
