The machine has many advantages and latest generation technologies that make it unique in its kind and that set it apart from the competition in terms of features, ease of use, maintenance costs and accessibility for washing and sanitizing all its components. The new peeler has an entirely stainless steel structure; all components are easily interchangeable and all parts in contact with the fruit are made of materials suitable for food standards. Furthermore, the internal parts of the machine are protected by stainless steel protections, also to avoid injuries to the operators who use it. • Possibility of peeling for very ripe pears thanks to the addition of new mechanisms which keep the pears still during the phase of seeds removing, avoiding unwanted halving; • Delicate peeling that adapts to any pear format thanks to the new generation peeling unit; • Optimization of the stem and flower cutting system which determine an increase in yield; • Possibility of processing in automatic and manual mode no moving the automatic feeder; • Reduction of machine noise due to the replacement of the chain transmission system with toothed belts.
