www.pndsrl.it Description The machine has been designed for cutting cherry tomatoes in halves and quarters. The round product is loaded into a hopper and by means of an elevator belt (with alternating flights] it is transferred to the loading belt (manufactured in drive belts) which aligns the cherry tomatoes and transfers them to the cutting station. The cutting unit consists of 4 rotating circular blades which, when activated together, allow cutting in quarters. A mechanical lever system allows to move 2 blades in order to have cutting in half. A product outfeed belt placed under the cutting station brings the product out to be collected easily. All parts in contact with the product are suitable for hygienic and food purposes. The machine has a stainless steel structure and a stainless steel electrical panel. The structure is composed of welded tubulars and is on wheels with brake for easy movement. If desired, adjustable feet can be requested to replace the wheels. n.1 Elevator conveyor with hopper for product collecting. n.1 Conveyor belt for output.
