General Features
The system is suitable for closing glass, PET, and HDPE bottles with pre-threaded caps using a single head turret. Technical Features
The machine frame is entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304 and is mounted on adjustable feet. It includes safety guarding with front and back doors, adhering to EEC laws. The single head capping turret is designed for pre-threaded caps with a magnetic closing head, which is torque adjustable. A pick & place device transfers caps from the rail to the closing head. The machine features a 'No bottle – No caps' function, ensuring it doesn't run without bottles or caps. It is equipped with a cap level sensor for elevator management, electric speed regulation via an inverter, and manual height adjustment. Electrical photocells are installed at the machine's entry and exit to prevent operation in case of issues or absence of bottles. The machine operates in a left-to-right (clockwise) direction and is electronically controlled by a PLC and Siemens touch panel.

Accessories
The system offers optional accessories such as a hysteresis head for improved torque control, a soundproof cover for the vibrating feeder made of PVC with soundproofing and a lexan top cover, and a stainless steel caps elevator fitted on wheels.
