General Features
The M3005 labelling machine is designed for bottom application and is equipped with a modular aluminium profile base and an IP55 electronic control box featuring a touch screen. This allows for setting and storing parameters such as production speed for each format, ensuring proper label application. The machine includes a chromed steel column with handle-wheels for vertical and horizontal adjustments.

Technical Features
The machine supports flat, round, and oval products and has dimensions of 2000 mm in length, 1700 mm in width, and 1600 mm in height. It is powered by a 0.37 Kw AC motor and operates at speeds ranging from 20 to 60 meters per minute, depending on the model. The maximum label height is 150 mm, and the label reel size can be up to 350 mm in external diameter.

The M3005 is available in several models, including Classic New 1, Classic New 2, Classic New 3, and Plus. Each model offers different speed capabilities and label size options. The machine can be equipped with a hot or dry overprinting unit and allows for manual or automated loading and unloading of products.
