FILLING & CAPPING LINE
The filling and capping line is designed for filling liquid, dense, and semi-dense products into plastic or glass jars. It can be configured with 1 to 4 or more dosing groups, which can be pneumatic or electronic.
General Features
- Automatic capping after filling, with options for manual or automatic cap positioning.
- Production speed is dependent on product characteristics and the number of filling nozzles.
- Equipped with touch screen control panels for setting dosing and capping parameters.
Technical Features
- Output capacity: up to 1600 pieces per hour.
- Dosing range options: 5/100 cc, 20/350 cc, 40/750 cc, 100/1500 cc, 200/2000 cc.
- Installed power for filling station: 2 kW.
- Compressed air requirement: 6 Bar, with air consumption of 2 Nlt per cycle.
- Power supply: 220 V mono-phase.
- Installed power for capping station: 0.75 kW.
- Safety protections made of stainless steel AISI 304, compliant with EC norms.

FILLING CAPPING LABELLING since 1971 GENERAL FEATURES The line is suitable to fill liquid, dense and semi-dense products into plastic or glass jars.
