Overview
This document describes a filling and capping line equipped with an inkjet marking system, suitable for handling liquid, dense, and semi-dense products in plastic or glass containers. The system has been in operation since 1971 and includes features for filling, capping, and labelling.

General Features
The filling line can be configured with 1 to 4 or more dosing groups, which can be pneumatic, volumetric, or use flowmeters. After filling, containers are automatically capped, with an option for automatic cap loading using a pick & place system. The production speed is adjustable based on the product type and the number of filling nozzles. Customization options include a pressure capper, induction system, and labelling system.
