TABLETOP FOOD GRADE IMPULSE VACUUM SEALER HIGH QUALITY, HIGH VALUE VACUUM/GAS FLUSH SEALING ON ANY HEAT SEALABLE BAG Plexpack’s VacPack VS1 impulse vacuum sealers set the standard for industrial packagers that require a multi-stage, vacuum and gas flush sealer at a moderate investment. Plexpack's VacPack VS1 is a robust, impulse sealer that produces hermetically sealed packages on any heat sealable bag up to 12 mil/300 micron in thickness (6 mil/150 micron maximum when gusseted). VS1 sealers provide multistage vacuum and gas flash for softer vacuums and lower residual oxygen levels. The standard model employs two 316L grade stainless steel ejector style vacuum pumps for strong gas and vacuum flows. Vacuum, gas flush and sealing processes on the VS1 can be adjusted to accommodate variations in product and bag material, ensuring reliable seal integrity on every bag. Over-sized heavy duty air cylinders ensure outstanding seal pressures for highquality seals and better product protection. The VS1 employs an easy-to-clean design with stainless steel covers and work shelf. Its strong, aluminium frame ensures less flexing for less machine wear and longer life. An extra wide seal opening provides an easy access for cleaning and quick changeover of heating elements and Teflon covers. The VS1 comes standard with a 4.3 inch color touchscreen controller mounted on an adjustable, angled base. Integrated recipe management and intuitive user-defined preferences allow fast, repeatable set up for all sealing, vacuum, and gas flush processes.
