HIGH SPEED VACUUM GAS FLUSH SEALERS PURE PACKAGING EXCELLENCE: HIGH SPEED, HIGH QUALITY VACUUM/GAS FLUSH SEALING FOR ABSOLUTE FRESHNESS Emplex VGF Series of continuous band vacuum and gas flush sealers set the standard for high speed bagging of food, medical, pharmaceutical and electronics applications that require optimum freshness and shelf life. The VGF Series provides high quality, hermetic seals on all moisture-barrier bag materials. The vacuum and nitrogen gas flush system removes up to 99% of oxygen, depending on the application, and creates a low moisture package. It is an ideal solution for food, medical, pharmaceutical, electronics and other products that need added protection against decomposition. The gas flush system also can be used to create a cushionlike buffer to protect contents from damage. The VGF-11 is the base model machine which offers nitrogen gas flushing for air removal. The VGF-11 model includes a vacuum cycle after gas flushing to allow virtually oxygenfree vacuum-sealed product bags. Additional options include a pneumatic bag clamp, double nozzle and vacuum validation kit. The VGF Series is based on the Emplex industry leading MPS 7100 and 7500 high speed, heavy duty sealers. The VGF Series hermetically seals bags and pouches at speeds up to 1000 inches (25.4 m) per minute. Sealing can be adjusted to accommodate variations in material, ensuring reliable seal integrity on every bag. The VGF is capable of sealing bags up to 12 mil in thickness or 6 mil maximum when gusseted at required production speeds. The VGF Series can be configured for manual, semi-automatic, or automatic loading. An optional synchronized conveyor ensures easy, consistent handling and product orientation as bags enter and exit the sealer. The VGF Series offers true plug and play capabilities for reliable, easy-to-use operation in any production environment. The VGF series are low maintenance machines with easy access to the seal section and modular components for simple expandability as production needs increase. The VGF Series comes standard with an industrial PC and 5.7” color touchscreen interface that simplifies setting, monitoring, and tracking crucial controls for all vacuum and gas flush process, as well as heat, seal pressure, and speed. Settings are available in imperial or metric measurements. The easy to use touchscreen provides routine maintenance and troubleshooting data and many user selectable preferences and management features. At no additional charge, you can configure your bag sealer’s infeed direction, sealer orientation, sealing width, type of pressure rollers, and electrical supply.
