The ABS combines robust, stainless steel bag sealers with food grade bag presenters, hoppers, spouts and conveyors to produce hermetically sealed packages up to 9” (22.86 cm) wide and 12” (30.48 cm) tall. The ABS delivers strong, attractive seals on any heat sealable material up to 12 mil/300 micron in thickness (6 mil/150 micron maximum when gusseted). The modular ABS is customizable to fit your unique application. Infeed rails and conveyors are customizable to specific applications. Validatable and gas flush options are available for customers requiring optimum freshness and shelf life. Sealing and filling processes on the ABS can be adjusted to accommodate variations in product and bag material, ensuring reliable seal integrity on every bag. The standard 5.7 inch color touchscreen controller simplifies operation and package customization. Integrated recipe management and intuitive user-defined preferences allow fast, repeatable set up for all sealing, filling, counting, gas flushing, printing, and weighing processes. User settings are available in imperial or metric measurements, as well as English and Spanish. The easy-to-use touchscreen provides routine maintenance and troubleshooting data and many user selectable preferences and management features. The standard color touchscreen controller can be paired with a wide range of check-weighers, ink printers and metal detectors. The ABS is thoughtfully designed, intuitive to use and takes up minimum space.
