Damark Shrinkwrap & Bundling Solutions B-90 AUTOMATIC RIGHT ANGLE SHRINKWRAP BUNDLERS STRONG, ATTRACTIVE BUNDLES AND MULTIPACKS FOR UNSUPPORTED PRODUCTS REQUIRING COLLATIONThe fully automatic Damark B-90 delivers cost-effective, beautifully wrapped bundles or multipacks for beverages, pharmaceuticals, magazines and a wide range of products in cartons, bags, cans and plastic containers at moderate to high speeds. All B-90 Series bundlers come standard with a 10” color touchscreen controller that simplifies operation. Integrated recipe management and intuitive user-defined preferences allow fast, repeatable set up for all shrinkwrapping processes. Settings are available in imperial or metric measurements. Multiple languages can be selected for machine operation. Routine maintenance, troubleshooting data and many reporting features are also included. Additional standard features of all B-90 systems include an automatic product infeed conveyor that feeds either from right or left of the machine, micro switch product sensing, a pneumatic, stepper, or servo seal head, and motorized product discharge conveyors. Standard size configurations include: • B24-90 with a 24” (60.96 cm) wide round or truncate seal head. These systems are typically used for bundles and multi-packs up to 12 products • B34-90 with a 34” (86.36 cm) wide ound or truncate seal head is frequently used for multipacks of 24 and up. • B44-90 with a 44” (111.76 cm) wide ound or truncate seal head is frequently used for large bundles or multi-packs of cartons, replacement of corrugate boxes, or in applications requiring increased security. Damark B-90 shrink bundlers can be set up for single row, multi-row, or multi-lane collating and infeed. Flexible B-90 automatic systems integrate into nearly any packaging operation.
