Introduction: PIX-TorquePlus®-XT2 belts are designed for high-power transmission, offering an alternative to gear and chain drives. They are compatible with existing timing belt drives without requiring pulley changes.

Product Range: The belts are available in various pitches, tooth heights, and thicknesses, suitable for a wide range of applications including food processing, packaging, printing, and medical equipment.

Test Results: The PIX-TorquePlus-XT2 belts outperform competitors in power rating, product life index, and breaking strength.

PIX-Thermal-XT2: A high-temperature variant, PIX-Thermal®-XT2, is introduced for high-torque transmission with a temperature range of -35°C to +130°C. However, it has limitations in oil resistance compared to TorquePlus-XT2 belts.

Applications: Suitable for similar applications as TorquePlus-XT2, but not recommended for oil-exposed environments.

Accessories: Includes PIX-Service Kit, PIX-Digital Tension Meter, PIX-Mobile APP, and PIX-X’Align for pulley alignment.
