DENSE-PHASE CONVEYING From 740 up to 2,650 kg/h Vakupulse is specifically designed to handle materials that need to be transported at low speed, such as abrasive materials that contain glass fibers or an high amount of filler and soft products like EVA or PE. The targets are: • Avoid abrasion and wearing of the process piping in case of abrasive material • Preserve the plastic granules in case of delicate or soft material, avoiding the creation of angel hair and dust. The system is based on a cyclone installed on the unit, wich discharges material by batch into the below machine. Vakupulse has a significant capacity up to 2.650 kg/h. The low transportation speed (of the conveying air is about 2 m/s) has also a beneficial impact on the energy consumption and on the noise level.
