History The company was founded in 1934 by Mr. Josef Studenik who started the operations in Hulin under the name „The First Moravian Saw and Tool Factory“, and began the production of manual and circular saws. The range of products was gradually extended for wood milling cutters, tungsten–tipped circular saw blades, frame saw blades, log band saws, planing and industrial knives, metal separating tools and saw blade bodies (steel centres).
