These bioreactors are part of PIERRE GUERIN - BIOLAFITTE's innovative solutions for industrial bioprocesses and automated systems.

Specifications
The bioreactors are available in various sizes with a working aspect ratio of 1:1 and are constructed from stainless steel grade 1.4404 (316L) with a finish of Ra ≤ 0.5 μm. They can operate at a maximum pressure of 3 bar g and include features like a round sight glass, illumination lamp, and sanitary pressure relief valve.

Quality and Testing
The systems undergo full system testing and comprehensive FAT, ensuring rigorous quality control with 100% endoscopic inspection of welds, full material traceability, and extensive documentation to support qualification.

Design and Customization
The bioreactors are ergonomic, modular, and compact, allowing for easy installation and maintenance. They are fully customizable for R&D, scale-up, and production, featuring high thermal transfer performance and minimum shear force with the patented HTPG4™ impeller.

Control System
The NEPTUNETM Control system offers a user-friendly interface with multiple options, including micro PLC/PC-based control technology. The software complies with GMP requirements and allows remote supervision via ETHERNETTM.

Instrumentation and Accessories
The bioreactors include various instrumentation options such as air mass flow controllers, automatic head space pressure control, foam level control, and more. Additional equipment like peristaltic pumps and CIP units are available upon request.

Temperature Control
Temperature is automatically controlled by injecting hot or cold water into the jacket, with options for cooling via chilled water or glycol water heat exchanger and heating via steam or electric heater.

Software Configuration
The NEPTUNE InTouch software includes modules for process customization, real-time calculations, and data management. It supports up to 32 configurable control loops for various process parameters.

Applications
