Introduction
PIERRE GUERIN - BIOLAFITTE presents the TRYTON™ series, a new generation of autoclavable bioreactors designed for both laboratory and industrial applications. These bioreactors are suitable for Research & Development and manufacturing in GLP and GMP environments, offering scalable technology with non-proprietary control systems.

Specifications
The TRYTON™ series features an ergonomic, modular, and compact design with five standard interchangeable vessels ranging from 1 to 10 liters, with custom vessels available upon request. The NEPTUNE™ Control system provides a user-friendly interface with a 17” touch screen PANEL PC, ensuring robust and reliable operation through Micro-PLC and PC-based control technology. The software complies with GMP requirements, including 21 CFR PART 11 and GAMP 5.

The system includes full testing and a rigorous quality program to ensure problem-free start-up. An optional extended test program and documentation package is available to support qualification processes.

Vessel, Agitation & Accessories
Vessels are available in sizes of 1, 2, 3, 5, and 10 liters, made from borosilicate glass with stainless steel head plates. Agitation is provided by RUSHTON turbines and HTPG2 impellers, with adjustable speeds from 40 to 1800 RPM. The system includes standard nozzles, thermowells, gas inlets and outlets, inoculation tubes, and harvest devices.

Control Modules
The NEPTUNE™ InTouch system offers customized user access, synoptic overviews, parameter editing, audit trails, trend modules, and maintenance modules. Advanced and expert versions provide additional features such as strategy modules, calculation modules, and profile modules.

Hardware and Software Configuration
Configurations include single, double, and quad control systems, with advanced and expert software versions available. Remote supervision and maintenance are supported via Team Viewer.

Pump and Gas Modules
The system supports up to four fixed-speed peristaltic pumps or eight rotameters/mass flow meters per module, with various configurations for sparger and overlay air, O2, N2, and CO2 lines.
