- 5602 Filter Units: Available with textile or Gore Sinbran filters, operating at a feed pressure of 0.4–0.6 MPa and a temperature range of 0–60°C. Textile filters handle particles as small as 5.0 μm, while Gore Sinbran filters handle particles down to 0.5 μm. Filter areas range from 0.60 to 0.77 m².
- 5604 and 5606 Filter Units: Utilize Gore Sinbran filters with similar pressure and temperature ranges, but with larger filter areas from 1.33 to 2.38 m², and a minimum particle size of 0.5 μm.
- Maxi L400 to L1600: These pumps power vacuum conveyors, offering high vacuum flow and compact design. They operate within a feed pressure range of 0.4–0.6 MPa and a vacuum range of 61–75 kPa, with air consumption from 20–112 Nl/s and weights from 7.7 to 19.5 kg.
- 56/43 and 56/57 Connections: Designed for hygienic connection to pipe systems, compliant with FDA standards. The 56/43 model offers standard and 3-A connections, while the 56/57 model includes a stainless steel actuator.
- Materials include ASTM 316L, Polyester, PTFE, PE, Al, PPS, SS, and NBR.
- All units operate within a temperature range of 0–60°C.
- Automatic filter cleaning is standard across all filter units.
- Specifications: Operate at a feed pressure of 0.4–0.6 MPa, with a maximum of 0.7 MPa for fluidisation units. Made primarily from ASTM 316L stainless steel, with variations including aluminium, Zn, EP, and PE. Temperature range is 0–60°C, with material batch volumes of approximately 44.7 to 45.5 liters and weights from 16.5 kg to 19.6 kg.
- Product Variants: Includes various models with different material compositions and fluidisation options, each with a unique article number.
- Key Features: Equipped with actuators made from epoxy-coated aluminium or stainless steel. Fluidisation options include white or antistatic cones, with a fluidisation regulator included. Specifications may change without notice.
