Conveyors C - control units
- CU-1A/B, CU-2A/B: These units control conveyor functions with a maximum recommended distance of 10 meters from the conveyor at a feed pressure of 0.6 MPa. CU-1/2A keeps the bottom valve open when the conveyor is off, while CU-1/2B keeps it closed.
- PPT/R and PPT/RS: Fully pneumatic units that control conveyor functions without a start/stop feature. They have similar technical specifications, including a feed pressure range of 0.4–0.6 MPa and a temperature range of 0–50°C.
- VU EP-1: An electro-pneumatic valve unit for controlling vacuum conveyors. It includes four valves with two spare positions and requires a separate nylon tubing kit for compressed air connection.
- Level Detector: Works with CU-1/2 to stop the conveyor when the receiving vessel is full. It operates at a voltage of 24V and has a safety classification of IP54.
- Remote-Controlled Start/Stop: Allows remote pneumatic control of conveyor start/stop functions, compatible with CU-1A/B or CU-2A/B.
- Regulator Kit: Regulates incoming pressure to the pump and filters compressed air. Available in two sizes with different weight specifications.
- Actuating Valve: Handles a maximum feed pressure of 0.7 MPa and operates within a temperature range of -40 to 110°C.
- Valve 3/2 G1/8" PS NC: A valve with a maximum working pressure of 1.0 MPa and a flow rate of 840 Nl/min at 0.6 MPa.
