
PIglide Miniature Linear Air Bearing Stage High Performance • Cleanroom-Compatible • Option for Vertical Mounting Size of the motion platform 85 mm × 75 mm Product overview The PIglide miniature linear stage with air bearing has a linear motor drive, preloaded air bearings, and an integrated optical linear encoder. This stage provides very high precision with a small footprint. The combination of noncontact components results in frictionless motion that offers outstanding dynamic performance, nanometer precision positioning, and an exceptionally long lifetime. To set up an XYZ system, the vertical mounting option is available for the A-143, including brake and counterbalance.
