General Properties:
Ultracur3D® EPD 4006 is a black material with a viscosity of 300 mPas at 30°C and 100 mPas at 50°C, measured using a Cone/Plate Rheometer. The density of the printed part is 1.18 g/cm³ according to ASTM D792.

Tensile Properties:
The material has an E Modulus of 1800 MPa, an ultimate tensile strength of 45 MPa, and an elongation at break of 45%, all measured according to ASTM D638.

Flexural Properties:
According to ASTM D790, the flexural modulus is 1600 MPa and the flexural strength is 70 MPa.

Impact Properties:
Notched Izod impact strength at 23°C is 46 J/m, unnotched Izod is 1004 J/m, and Charpy notched impact strength is 3.6 kJ/m² as per ISO 179-1.

Thermal Properties:
The heat deflection temperature (HDT) is 54°C at 0.45 MPa and 43°C at 1.82 MPa, measured according to ASTM D648. The material has a flammability rating of HB at 3 mm thickness as per UL 94.

Hardness:
The Shore D hardness is 78, measured according to ASTM D2240.
