Ultracur3D® EPD 1086 is a black material with a viscosity of 450 mPas at 30°C and 130 mPas at 50°C, measured using a Cone/Plate Rheometer. The density of the printed part is 1.18 g/cm³ according to ASTM D792.

Tensile Properties
The material exhibits an E Modulus of 1810 MPa, an ultimate tensile strength of 42 MPa, and an elongation at break of 26%, all measured according to ASTM D638.

According to ASTM D790, the flexural modulus is 1620 MPa and the flexural strength is 67 MPa.

Impact Properties
Impact resistance is measured with a notched Izod value of 28 J/m and an unnotched Izod value of 606 J/m at 23°C, as per ASTM D256. The Charpy notched impact strength is 2.6 kJ/m² according to ISO 179-1.

Thermal Properties
The heat deflection temperature (HDT) is 53°C at 0.45 MPa and 46°C at 1.82 MPa, measured according to ASTM D648. The material has a flammability rating of HB at 1.5 mm thickness as per UL 94.

Hardness
The Shore D hardness is 81, measured according to ASTM D2240.
