General Properties
Ultracur3D® EPD 1006 is a black material with a viscosity of 1033 mPas at 30°C and 268 mPas at 50°C. The density of the printed part is 1.2 g/cm³ according to ASTM D792.

Tensile Properties
The material has an E Modulus of 1500 MPa, an ultimate tensile strength of 40 MPa, and an elongation at break of 25%, all measured according to ASTM D638.

Flexural Properties
According to ASTM D790, the flexural modulus is 1460 MPa and the flexural strength is 52 MPa.

Impact Properties
The notched Izod impact strength is 20 J/m at -30°C and 35 J/m at 23°C, measured by ASTM D256. The Charpy notched impact strength at 23°C is 2.5 kJ/m² as per ISO 179-1.

Thermal Properties
The heat deflection temperature (HDT) is 44°C at 0.45 MPa and 40°C at 1.82 MPa, measured by ASTM D648. The material has a flammability rating of 1.5 mm HB according to UL 94.

Hardness
The Shore D hardness is 79, measured by ASTM D2240.

Other Properties
Biocompatibility information is available upon request, following ISO 10993. The short-term water absorption (24 hours) is 0.83% as per ASTM D570.
