Product catalog summary
Overview: The document describes the features and specifications of PHCbi's 165L CO2 incubators, models MCO-171AICD and MCO-171AICUVD, designed for laboratory use. These incubators offer advanced dry heat sterilization and improved usability for efficient culture management.
Specifications: The incubators have external dimensions of 620 x 755 x 905 mm and internal dimensions of 490 x 523 x 665 mm, with a volume of 165 liters and a net weight of approximately 80 kg. They operate within a temperature range of +5 to +50°C with a fluctuation of ±0.1°C and a CO2 control range of 0 to 20% with a fluctuation of ±0.15%.
Features:
  • Dry Heat Sterilization: The incubators feature a 180°C dry heat sterilization process lasting approximately 11 hours, ensuring effective sterilization.
  • Usability Enhancements: A full-color LCD touch panel and USB port facilitate efficient management and data transfer. The design includes an easy-to-grasp handle and integrated shelf supports for improved cleaning and increased culture capacity.
  • UV-LED Germicidal Lamp: Positioned in the rear duct, the UV-LED lamp sterilizes water in the humidifying pan without using harmful mercury, offering long-lasting performance and reduced running costs.
  • Stacking Capability: Fiberglass insulation minimizes heat dissipation, allowing two units to be stacked for simultaneous sterilization and incubation.
Construction: The exterior is made of painted steel, while the interior features a stainless steel copper-enriched alloy. The insulation is glass-wool, and the heating method is a heater jacket system.
Control and Alarms: The incubators use a thermistor for temperature sensing and dual IR for CO2 sensing. They include alarms for power failure, temperature deviation, high temperature, CO2 deviation, and door open.
Options and Accessories: Available options include a UV system set, gas regulator, gas auto changer, various trays, stacking brackets, and communication systems for data acquisition.
Quality and Certification: The incubators are ISO9001 certified and designed for laboratory use, with a cautionary note on warranty conditions and liability.

ULT & CRYOGENIC compressor compressor REFRIGERATION compressor HYBRID FrostLess HYBRID INCUBATION Integrated shelves (*option) Integrated *Standard for Model MCO-171AICUVD Integrated shelves Integrated shelves Easy-to-Use 11 hours 180°C Dry Heat Sterilization Model PHCbi’s Dry Heat Sterilization CO2 incubator with inCu-saFe germicidal interior. The heat dissipation and maximum current lowering functions allow two units to be be stacked on top of each other with one delivering dry heat sterilization while the other is used for culture purposes. MCO-171AICD / MCO-171AICUVD UV-LED lamp delivers long-lasting performance Saves replacing germicidal lamp time and reduces running costs Integrated Shelf Supports improve cleaning and increases culture capacity An UV-LED germicidal lamp is positioned in the rear duct and switches on to sterilise the water used in the humidifiying pan. The lamp does not use harmful mercury and delivers better sterilization compared to conventional UV lamps. * The use of a long-lasting LED lamp eliminates regular replacement of germicidal lamps even with 30 door openings per day. Cleaning the chamber is easier and more efficient as the shelf support section minimises the interior items used. It is now possible to place 20 100ø mm Petri dishes on each tray. (Based on internal test results) Stacking for work efficiency Improved Usability Fiberglass insulation minimises heat dissipation from the incubator. This allows one unit to be used for dry-heat sterilization while the other continues normal incubation when two incubators are stacked. The new structural design enabling quick in-chamber temperature rising and reducing temperature distribution variations provides dry heat sterilization lasting approximately 11 hours. The full-colour LCD touch panel allows efficient management of the functions. The USB port next to the panel enables transferring logged data to memory devices. The new designed incubator has an improved easy-to-grasp handl
