Sometimes referred to as a “mechanical tablet”, our PT-MET set functions as a checking device which is used to simulate the breaking of a tablet at defined conditions. Not replacing periodic calibration, the PT-MET set performs as a daily verification, much like a balance is checked at the start of each day and can be recorded in the instrument’s logbook. The PTMET mechanical tablets come as a set of four or can be purchased individually. They come with a certificate of calibration, operating instructions and can be returned to us for re-calibration.
