The Hi-Tec polymer FDA approved spiral is made by injection molding. This equipment uses a patented dust extraction concept, immediately separating any powder excess during the dedusting process in conjunction with some tablet air jet. Only a few second are needed between inlet and outlet to provide an excellent dedusting/deburring quality. The robust segments of the elevation spiral have very high throughput capacity and dedusting efficiency. Econo Flex is suitable for most of the Hi-speed tablet press.
