It is ideally suited for pumping down small to medium-sized volumes. In combination with the HiPace 300 H turbopump and a diaphragm backing pump, final pressures of <10-10 hPa can be achieved. The performance of the backing pump can be maximized when needed and when the pumping performance is not required, automatically reduce the pumping speed to operate in ultra quiet mode.
