Installation Guide for Flange Set

Clean the installation site thoroughly.
Use the widest tape, center it on the flange, and wrap it twice without force. Gradually peel back the tape's backside during installation.
Press both sides of the flange clockwise towards the tube surface and evenly press excess tape on the pipe surface.
Wrap a narrow tape over the pressed side and punch a drain hole after installation.

Installation Guide for 10 m Roll

Cut tape slightly longer than needed and leave the back layer on. Clean the installation site.
Peel back the tape's backside gradually during installation.
For uneven surfaces, wrap the tape multiple times for protection.
Cover at least 1/3 of the previously installed tape area without extra force.
Use a knife or scissors to remove the tape, which cannot be reused. Punch a drain hole after installation.

PEWOCOUPLING Pipe Connections

Compensate angular offsets up to 2° in every direction, allowing easy installation without complex alignment.
Axial offsets are allowed, but parallel offsets should be avoided or modified.
For axial movements, PEWOFLEX and PEWOREP series can compensate movements between 5 and 20 mm.
Do not absorb shear, bending, or torsional forces; pressure pipes must have anchor points.

Terms and Conditions Overview

1. Pricing and Payment: Prices can be adjusted by PEWOBAR if changes are not caused by them. Invoices are payable within 8 days. Offsetting by the purchaser is excluded unless claims are recognized or uncontested. Late payments incur an 8% interest above the basic rate, and PEWOBAR may demand immediate payment of all outstanding accounts. If the purchaser's financial stability is in doubt, PEWOBAR can demand advance payments or collateral.

2. Delivery: Delivery dates are met if goods are ready for shipment by the agreed date. PEWOBAR can make partial deliveries. Delays caused by the purchaser or external circumstances extend delivery times. If the purchaser cannot accept delivery, they must notify PEWOBAR and may incur storage costs.

3. Retention of Title: Goods remain PEWOBAR's property until full payment is received. The purchaser can resell goods in the ordinary course of business, but receivables from such sales are assigned to PEWOBAR.

4. Complaints and Liability for Defects: Purchasers must inspect deliveries promptly and report defects. PEWOBAR is liable for defects under agreed conditions but not for defects arising from materials or designs provided by the purchaser.

5. Limitation of Liability: PEWOBAR's liability is limited to direct damages unless there is willful intent or gross negligence. They are not liable for indirect damages like loss of profit unless statutory product liability applies.

6. Disputes and Applicable Law: Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where PEWOBAR's supplying entity is located. The contract is governed by the laws of that location, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
