The “A” series of electronic water meters are available in several variants and sizes rendering them suitable for most applications and compatible with all current reading systems whether manual or automatic. SPECIFICATIONS The “A” series of electronic water meters are manufactured of high quality materials and tested to ISU 4064/1 and BS 5728/1 to meet the highest international specifications for water meters. The “A” series of electronic water meters were designed with a host of standard features rendering them the first in the world for use in a wider range of applications. The unique design ensures that the meters are impervious to an accumulation of water residue yielding a longer operational life with sustained accuracy coupled with ease of installation at any angle. The “A” series of electronic water meters were designed to exceed known standards yielding a higher accuracy and repeatability than that of most advanced mechanical water meters available today. Magnetic multi-vane impeller with 1025 pulses per litre from 0.3 l/m for increased electronic accuracy designed to fit in place of standard mechanical types. Battery powered for a life span of 7 years, with 25 year memory reading retention. Simple to maintain by virtue of modular design with electronic reliability with the virtual elimination of mechanical moving parts and a reduced mechanical contact with water flow thus minimizing the likely hood of stoppages due to suspended solids. Available in two types with three register options to suit a variety of recording applications including direct, inductive remote reading, and pulsed output to secondary recording equipment. Volumetric velocity flow measurement with robust state of the art LCD electronic display with accurately machined flow chambers to reduce head loss flow to a minimum.
