Materials and Design Specifications:
Components include ASTM A105 for socket welded flanges and valve bodies, and 316 Stainless Steel for caps and internals. Seals are made of Viton, and all wetted parts comply with NACE MR-01-75. The design adheres to ASME VIII Div. 1, with pressure ratings from ANSI CL150 to CL1500 and temperature ratings from -29 to +125°C.
