I tappi vengono inseriti nelle tubazioni e l’avvitamento della vite centrale espande le gomme che fanno tenuta sulle pareti del tubo. Questi tappi vengono utilizzati per fare prove su tubazioni che partono da un Ø 38 mm fino a Ø maggiori. Il foro di uscita può essere da ½”, 1” o 2”. Le tenute da standard sono realizzate in gomma naturale oppure in materiali speciali su particolare richiesta del cliente, per esempio quando serve una maggiore restistenza al contatto con i prodotti chimici.
