Structural Features
The closure consists of several key components: door, hub, opening mechanism, seal ring, tumbler, safety lock plate, and pressure relief. The safety lock plate and pressure relief provide a self-locking function, ensuring the closure is shake-proof and loose-proof, with secondary pressure relief. The design minimizes damage to the sealing ring by preventing relative rotation between the sealing ring and the seal surface during locking.

The external clamp ring features three clamps that cover more than 90% of the contact area, ensuring uniform force distribution during locking. This design reduces the length of the opening lead screw, enhancing flexibility and reliability. It is particularly suitable for high-pressure, large-diameter natural gas pipelines.

The main pressure components are made from integral forged steel, avoiding weld assembly for enhanced strength.
