WEIGHT BATCHING (SPEED BATCHING) Application Fish weight batching line is developed for flexible amount batching needs with high speeds and capacity. Equipment can be used for fish, meat, vegetables and any product, that needs to be packed in predetermined weight. Main benefits • Increased productivity up to 10-20 batches per minute • No damage to product • Easy programmable and changeable batches • Reporting system for managers • Batches up to 20 kg • One machine to run several products Operating principle Product is filled in hopper tank. Modular chains ensure safe product to batching area. Infeed area is adjustable for different product types. Dosing unit is easy adjustable for different size batches and different products. Horizontal product distribution ensures no damage to the product and its precise dosing. Sufficient space and product distribution ensures repeatable batch size with precision of 1-2 product pieces overweight/underweight. Batching capacity Double head batching line Discharge zone conveyor ensures full dose discharge in designed pack. Changeable discharge chutes enables multi-type packaging style usage in the production.
