BOX WASHING MACHINE Application The washing machine is designed for washing and rinsing of empty boxes. The side and top rails are adjustable to allow washing of different container sizes. The unit is equipped with a detergent dispenser that maintains a constant detergent concentration in the wash zone reservoir. The water in the tanks is heated and pumped through the stainless steel pumps on the wash nozzles. The water tanks are automatically filled and heated. Through the washing areas, the container is transported by a chain conveyor system, which can be adjusted from the control cabinet to the level of dirt on the container.
