The Vibra-Line DK is an efficient solution for deburring metal parts, featuring an open, straight, arc-shaped container with a capacity ranging from 100 to 480 liters, available in five standard sizes.
The U-shaped inner container is coated with a 20-26 mm thick yellow polyurethane (PU) layer, providing high wear resistance and extending the machine's lifespan. It can accommodate approximately 50 to 100 liters of metal parts per batch, depending on their shape and size.
The container's design includes a wide opening and low discharge height, simplifying the unloading and final emptying of parts from the machine.
The machine is controlled via a frequency converter with stepless speed regulation, operated through a 5.5” touchscreen. Process times, speeds, language, and rotations can be easily adjusted for optimal results.
The control system allows the use of two external connections for process water and compound control, facilitating integration into existing production processes.
The Vibra-Line DK is delivered as a plug-and-play system, requiring only a 16/32 Amp CEE plug and 4 bar dry compressed air for installation.

Vibra-Line DK Halbautomatischer Rundvibrator mit Entladung Die Vibra-Line DK ist Ihre effiziente Lösung für die Entgratung von Metallteilen. Mit ihrem offenen, geraden, bogenförmigen Behälter bietet dieses Modell ein Fassungsvermögen von 100 bis 480 Litern und ist in fünf Standardgrößen erhältlich. Robuste Bauweise Der U-förmige Innenbehälter der Vibra-Line DK ist mit einer 20-26 mm dicken, gelben PU-Beschichtung (Polyurethan) versehen. Diese sorgt für hohe Verschleißfestigkeit und verlängert die Lebensdauer der Maschine. Je nach Form und Größe der Einzelteile kann die Maschine pro Charge etwa 50 bis 100 Liter Metallteile aufnehmen. Benutzerfreundliches Design Das durchdachte Design des Behälters ermöglicht eine breite Öffnung und eine niedrige Entleerungshöhe. Dadurch wird die Entladung und Endentleerung der Teile aus der Maschine erleichtert und vereinfacht. Intelligente Steuerung Die Maschinensteuerung erfolgt über einen Frequenzumrichter mit stufenloser Geschwindigkeitsregelung, der über einen 5,5” Touchscreen bedient wird. Prozesszeiten, Geschwindigkeiten, Sprache und Drehzahlen lassen sich einfach und schnell anpassen, um optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Flexible Anschlüsse Die Steuerung ermöglicht zudem die Nutzung von zwei externen Anschlüssen für Prozesswasser und Compound-Steuerung, was die Integration in bestehende Produktionsprozesse erleichtert.
