It is designed for use on assemblies where standard anaerobic threadlockers can degrade plastic threads. Plastic Threadlocker sets in seconds to form a permanent, transparent bond. TYPICAL CURING PERFORMANCE Permatex® Plastic Threadlocker cures on exposure to moisture. Fixture time is 15 – 30 seconds and full cure within 24 hours. The gap of the bond line will affect fixture speed. Smaller gaps tend to increase speed. Protect the work surface against accidental spills, as Plastic Threadlocker can mark finishes and fabrics. 2. Clean and ensure a close fit on the surfaces to be bonded. 3. To use, twist and pull off the cap 4. Place nozzle on the surface and gently squeeze bottle to dispense. 5. Apply Plastic Threadlocker to the engagement area of the threads. 6. Product performs best in bond gaps of 0.004 inch or less. DO NOT REPOSITION THE PARTS. 7. Replace the cap, and store the threadlocker in a cool spot. 8. Allow the parts to cure overnight. For Cleanup 1. To remove Permatex® Plastic Threadlocker, use acetone or nail polish remover that contains acetone. 2. Clean hands with acetone then use Permatex® brand hand cleaners. ORDERING INFORMATION Part Number 19920 Container Size 10 ml bottle, blister carded STORAGE Products shall be ideally stored in a cool, dry location in unopened containers at a temperature between 8° and 28°C (46° and 82°F) unless otherwise labeled.
